Farmer's carry

A heavy dumbbell in each hand, arms long, ribs down, feet under the hips.

Farmer's carry
  1. 1Stand tall before you take the first step. Shoulders stay down.
  2. 2Walk in short, quiet steps. Don't lean side to side.
  3. 3Set the weights down by hinging, not by rounding the back.

Easy to miss: Shrugging the shoulders up, or letting the weights swing.

Muscles

Copper on the figure is a prime mover. The softer tone helps.
