Upright row
Bar in front of the thighs, hands about shoulder-width, thumbs around the bar.

- 1Lead with the elbows, pulling them up and slightly out.
- 2Stop when the upper arms are parallel to the floor. The bar stays around the lower chest.
- 3Lower under control. Wrists stay straight.
Easy to miss: A wide grip yanked up to the chin, or the elbows climbing past the shoulders.
Muscles
Copper on the figure is a prime mover. The softer tone helps.
